1. Booking & confirmation

An online booking is a reservation request. We will contact you (call/message/email) to confirm. Your slot is only guaranteed once confirmed.

2. Late arrival & cancellation

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your service time may be shortened. To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least a few hours in advance so we can serve other clients.

3. Services

Results may vary depending on your natural lashes/skin and your aftercare. Our technicians will advise the option best suited to you.

4. Responsibility

Please inform us of any allergies, eye/skin conditions or ongoing treatments. Lady Lash is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed health information.

5. Photos

We may photograph results to showcase our services. If you prefer your photos not be used, please tell our staff beforehand.
